Now TubeMogul and Ooyala’s Videoplaza unit are integrating to create a\u00a0marketplac<\/a>e for the programmatic trading of video ads between premium brands and publishers.<\/p>\n The pair\u00a0say TubeMogul’s platform will connect with\u00a0Videoplaza’s Konnect suite to allow access to Videoplaza’s inventory on a programmatic basis.<\/p>\n Speaking with Beet.TV recently,\u00a0TubeMogul platform strategy SVP\u00a0Max Mead said programmatic means efficiencies: “It\u2019s used as a tool to fill in your reach around the core TV schedule\u00a0across a broader swathe of networks\u00a0(and to support)\u00a0targeting beyond age and gender, starting to take on some of the attributes of digital targeting.<\/p>\n “You\u2019ll start to\u00a0see more automation\u00a0in the workflow\u2026 we\u2019re getting beyond the fax machines.”<\/p>\n
