Some of the new graphics software technologies coming out of Adobe sound like they will\u00a0add to the palette of creative professionals in the video and imaging sector.<\/p>\n
Speaking with Beet.TV in this video interview,\u00a0Adobe product management senior director Bill Roberts<\/a> says the recently-announced “Project Candy<\/a>” allows users to capture a color set using their\u00a0smartphone camera for use in desktop video editing.<\/p>\n “Quite often, you want to capture the mood of a moment,” Roberts says. “If you’re at the beach at sunset, and you’ve got this glorious orange sky\u2026 that would be a great way to warm up a video interview.<\/p>\n With new Project Candy, I’m able to capture the colour and light, select the elements of the light that I want to exchange and save it.\u00a0That look is immediately available to me when I jump in to Premier, After Effects of Premier Clip. The cloud should be something that’s seamless that makes your life better.<\/p>\n Additionally, Adobe Premier Pro CC introduces a new transition, Morph Cut<\/a>, which lets editors blend\u00a0moves between jump cuts, effectively eliminating the disparity between separate scenes.<\/p>\n
