In 2013, Gila \u00a0joined the growing Google account at Essence and built a team to run Google\u2019s SEM and biddable media efforts. \u00a0Gila also helped Google codify its global Adwords and DoubleClick best practices.<\/p>\n

She grew Essence\u2019s social practice by 50x between 2013 and 2016.<\/p>\n
